Which tool that you use depends on your type of business, what you offer, and the message you want to give them. Google Ads work best for local customers who know what they are wanting, and they want it to be nearby. However, Facebook Ads by Meta work best if you need to show someone more about you before they click in more of a “digital billboard” style. Whatever your choice, navigating the control panels and ad centers can be frustraiting and confusing. Plus, you may not be getting the most value for your ad money as it gets chewed up quickly with little result. Google Ads & Google Local
Each of us proves over and over that when we want to locate something, we “Google” it. If it’s something specific or local we have become accustomed to seeing local businesses appear with what we are looking for. If your Wellness business has a local address, facility, studio, or location that you see customers at or work from as you serve a given area, then Google is your best bet. The ad choices are confusing though, and there are little tips and tricks you need to get value for your money and end up in the “Map Pack” and top areas of Google searches on page one. That’s where we come in to set up accounts correctly and maximize performance.
Meta Ads for Facebook & Instagram
On the other hand, Facebook and Instagram (now collectively Meta) are great for showing the value of what customers want before they realize that they want it, and want it specifically from you. With Meta Ads, you can show more pictures and information to catch people’s attention within targeted areas, age groups, and lots of other identifiable characteristics. While this is similar to Google, Meta delivers it in a “targeted billboard” style for people who are just browsing. Niche Ads
Though Facebook and Google will encompass the majority of places where your advertising dollar will go the farthest, there are other places where you can effectively spread the word about your area of Wellness improvement. These include other social media outlets like Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other niche sites that don’t require video. Radio and Direct Mail can also make a difference if used creatively.
