Just a quick thought as we get ready for all the year-end sales and blitz’s for retail, SaaS, and more…don’t forget your customers. While logic like that sounds like it could keep us out of the really good schools, here is what we mean. For most businesses, there is one final push then things slow down. Now might be a great time to spend some time thanking your customers for being your customers. Now might be a time to share a story from the year, grab a testimonial or two, and just say a public thank you in general. While you’re at it, nothing says “Thank You” or customer appreciation like a year-end special offer to drive some last minute sales through good will.
