Since it appears that baseball players will have a longer off-season than they anticipated, it started us thinking about businesses whose work is more “seasonal” than others. What does your seasonal business do to keep the lights on in the off-season? By this we mean AC repair and install companies, roofers and lawn care folks in some parts of the country, and until recently in southern climates, real estate professionals. Some lawn service companies put up holiday lights or switch to fencing when yards grow too slowly to mow. AC companies switch to commercial refrigeration for stores and restaurants. Tax professionals turn to selling retirement or investment tools when not preparing taxes. What is your off-season strategy? If there are creative options you have tried or have noticed others doing then let us know on our social media pages. If you need an off-season, or secondary revenue stream, option then let’s talk about this for your business.
